We’re currently seeking experienced Refrigerant Pipe Installers who take pride in clean, precise work and want to be part of a skilled, team‑oriented environment.

Position Overview

As a Refrigerant Pipe Installer at Encore Mechanical, you’ll be responsible for installing ACR copper refrigerant piping systems on commercial HVAC projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety. Ideal candidates are reliable, professional, and work well alongside others.

What You’ll Do

• Install refrigerant piping systems in accordance with industry standards and company quality expectations
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of ACR copper piping practices and best standards
• Perform accurate pipe layout, cutting, deburring, and reaming
• Execute clean, high-quality brazing, including proper nitrogen flow during brazing operations
• Read and interpret drawings to perform correct system layout
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Coordinate effectively with team members and other trades on-site

What We’re Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience installing refrigerant piping systems
• Strong understanding of ACR copper piping standards and best practices
• Skilled in pipe fitting, layout, and precision brazing
• Experience flowing nitrogen during brazing
• High level of pride in workmanship and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
