About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will oversee commercial HVAC projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful execution, client satisfaction, and strong financial performance. You'll serve as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, field teams, and company leadership while driving projects to completion on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC projects from kickoff through final closeout
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and documentation
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and contract administration
• Coordinate procurement activities, material deliveries, and equipment schedules
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues affecting schedule, quality, or profitability
• Support estimating, proposal development, and preconstruction planning efforts
• Track project costs and maintain accurate financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations
• Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, efficiency, and customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Experience in commercial HVAC project management, mechanical construction, or construction coordination
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
• Experience working with mechanical contractors or HVAC systems preferred
• Familiarity with VRF systems, heat pump technology, or high-efficiency HVAC equipment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience will be considered)
