Planned Maintenance Agreement Sales Representative – Commercial HVAC

Encore Mechanical is looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to help grow our commercial HVAC planned maintenance business in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

We're open to someone just starting their sales career or someone with a few years of experience. Finding the right person is more important to us than finding someone with a long resume.

If you're comfortable talking to people, enjoy building relationships, and aren't afraid to pick up the phone or walk into a business and introduce yourself, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Identify and reach out to businesses that could benefit from commercial HVAC planned maintenance agreements.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Explain the benefits of regular HVAC maintenance, including fewer unexpected breakdowns, better equipment performance, and longer equipment life.
• Schedule meetings with potential customers and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Work with our service team to understand customer needs and develop maintenance proposals.
• Help grow Encore Mechanical's planned maintenance customer base.
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, prospects, and sales activity.
