About the Role:

As a Project Manager at Encore Mechanical, you will be the face of the project, representing both our company and our customers. You will take charge of the entire project lifecycle, including:

• Proposal writing and procurement
• Managing RFIs and change orders
• Project monitoring and closeout
• Warranty management
• Collaborating with internal teams, including accounting, production, and executive leadership

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• Expeditor and expediting skills
• Project management proficiency
• Logistics management expertise
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and construction processes is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or significant relevant professional experience
