Project Manager – Commercial HVAC (VRF Systems)

We’re looking for a motivated Project Manager to oversee projects from start to finish and help us deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary contact for assigned projects, ensuring clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams on proposals and procurement.
• Monitor progress to maintain quality, cost, and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in commercial HVAC project management or construction coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project documentation, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Knowledge of VRF systems or other high-efficiency HVAC technologies preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
