What You’ll Do

As a Senior HVAC Service Technician, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining, optimizing, and improving commercial VRF systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing commercial VRF HVAC systems
• Communicating clearly and professionally with customers to build confidence and trust
• Managing service documentation, parts ordering, and job completion timelines
• Leading VRF remediation efforts and system performance improvements
• Mentoring and supporting junior technicians in the field
• Collaborating with the service team to develop performance strategies and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service
• Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, diagnostics, and control systems
• VRF experience strongly preferred; motivated candidates willing to specialize will be trained
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and technical excellence
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and attention to quality
