What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial VRF HVAC systems
• Provide exceptional customer communication and confidence at every step
• Manage parts orders, documentation, and ensure timely project completion
• Mentor and support junior technicians
• Lead VRF remediation and system improvement efforts
• Collaborate with the service team on performance strategies and solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, diagnostics, and controls
• VRF experience is a huge plus—if you’re motivated to learn, we’ll train you
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a drive for continuous learning
• A team-oriented mindset and commitment to quality workmanship
